Shipping & Delivery

All your domestic orders are shipped free of charge and fully insured via our partner couriers. Every order is prepared in its signature Shusha box with gift packaging.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and SMS. High-value shipments are delivered against signature.

International Orders

For deliveries abroad, shipments are prepared insured and trackable. Customs duties, import charges and local levies are borne by the recipient and may vary by country.

Delivery time may extend depending on the customs procedures of the destination country.

Returns & Exchange

You may return the product you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date without giving any reason. For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • It must be returned complete with its original box, certificate, invoice and all accessories
  • The product must retain its resaleable quality
Non-Returnable Products

Bespoke items, those made to size, or bearing a name/date/engraving are outside the scope of returns pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Returns Process

01Notification — Submit your return request within 14 days, in writing or via our customer service.
02Shipment — Send the product to us in its original packaging within 10 days of notification at the latest.
03Inspection — Once the product reaches us, the quality-control process begins.
04Refund — For approved returns, the amount is refunded within 14 days via your original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost

For domestic returns you may use our partner courier code. For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
