Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

At Shusha Diamond, customer satisfaction is our priority. Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, our customers may return the products they purchase by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date, without giving any reason.

Conditions of Withdrawal

The following conditions must be met for the right of withdrawal to be valid:

  • The product must be unused
  • There must be no scratches, deformation or damage on it
  • It must be returned complete with its original box, certificate, invoice and all accessories
  • The product must not have lost its resaleable quality
Important

For products containing diamonds and precious stones, returns are not accepted if the certificate is missing.

Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Custom-made design products
  • Necklaces, rings and bracelets specially made to size
  • Products with a name, date or special engraving
  • Jewellery resized or design-altered at the customer’s request

These products are outside the scope of returns pursuant to the relevant articles of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Return Process

01To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to us within 14 days.
02After notification, the product must be sent to us within 10 days at the latest.
03Once the product reaches us, the quality-control process begins.
04For approved returns, the payment amount is refunded within 14 days via the method the customer used to pay.

International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Customs duties and import charges are not included in the scope of returns.
