The Shusha warranty stands with you across four core areas, for the lifetime of your jewel.
Lifetime manufacturing warranty
Defects in workmanship and assembly are covered under the Shusha assurance for the lifetime of the jewel. Items found to have a manufacturing fault are repaired free of charge.
Free care & cleaning
Bring your jewel to our store whenever you wish and enjoy our professional cleaning and polishing service, free of charge.
Stone & setting check
We regularly check the security of diamonds and stones in their settings and re-tighten any loosened setting free of charge.
Repair & restoration
Rhodium re-plating, resizing and repairs are carried out in our atelier with original parts and workmanship.
Coverage
Within the warranty
The following are covered by the Shusha warranty; every service is recorded with its original document.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact, loss, unauthorised intervention or natural wear. A paid repair option is offered in such cases.
Care Service
Your jewel in the atelier
Every piece you bring in passes through a four-stage care process.
Inspection
Stones, settings and the metal surface are examined one by one under magnification.
Cleaning
Ultrasonic and steam cleaning remove build-up and restore brilliance.
Repair
If needed, settings are tightened, rhodium is renewed and size is adjusted.
Handover
After a final check, your jewel is returned with its documentation.
