Preliminary Information Form
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the BUYER, before the distance sales agreement is concluded, about the seller, the product, the price, payment, delivery and the right of withdrawal. The BUYER reads this form and confirms it electronically before confirming their order.
Seller Information
The details of the SELLER offering the product for sale are given below. The BUYER is the person who places the order electronically via the grandshusha.com website.
Seller
The BUYER’s name, delivery and invoice address and contact details are those entered by the BUYER during checkout and appear in the order summary.
Essential Characteristics of the Product
The essential characteristics of the product are shown on the product page. The order summary confirmed by the BUYER covers the product type / name, the quantity and the price; the order summary forms an integral part of this form.
The characteristics vary by product type. The details above are shown on the product page to the extent they are available for the product concerned; the order summary shows only the product type / name, the quantity and the price.
Price
The sale price of the product including all taxes is shown on the product page and in the order summary. The shipping / delivery fee, if any, is shown separately in the order summary and added to the grand total.
Payment is collected in Turkish lira. Amounts shown in US dollars (USD) on the site are for information only; the amount collected from the BUYER is the Turkish lira amount. The valid sale price for the products is the price at the time the order is placed.
Payment
Payment is made using one of the following methods, as chosen by the BUYER during checkout:
- Credit / debit card: payment is taken with the 3D Secure verification of the card-issuing bank.
- Pay in store: payment is made at the SELLER’s Kapalı Çarşı (Grand Bazaar) Showroom.
Whichever payment method is chosen, payment is collected in Turkish lira (see Article 03).
Delivery
The product is delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the BUYER during checkout. Delivery takes place within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date of the order.
Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, must not have lost its resaleability, and must be complete with its original box, certificate, invoice and all accessories.
- The withdrawal notice is sent to the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage medium within 14 days.
- After notice, the product is sent to the SELLER within 10 days at the latest.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the amount is refunded within 14 days via the method the BUYER used for payment.
For products containing diamonds and precious stones, returns are not accepted if the certificate is not sent back.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products personalised in line with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs
- Necklaces, rings and bracelets custom-made to measure
- Products engraved with a name, date or special inscription
- Jewellery whose size or design has been altered at the BUYER’s request
Complaints & Disputes
The BUYER may submit requests and complaints concerning the order or the product via the SELLER’s contact details given in Article 01.
In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts are competent for disputes above these values. The BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction took place.
Personal Data
Personal data shared by the BUYER during checkout are processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data for the purposes of receiving the order, carrying out payment and delivery, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Confirmation
Before confirming the order, the BUYER accepts that they have read this Preliminary Information Form and have been informed about the seller details, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal and the complaint procedures. This confirmation is given electronically by ticking the confirmation box at the order confirmation step.
